Each year, before have day ๐Ÿ™‚ on May 16th, HAE International organizes the HAE Global Activity Challenge as a focus for activities to raise HAE awareness amongst the general public, healthcare professionals, healthcare decision-makers, and industry representatives. As noted on the hae day ๐Ÿ™‚ website: “By increasing awareness of HAE, we can create an environment for earlier and more accurate diagnosis and improve care for people with HAE. Ultimately, securing a better quality of life for everyone with HAE.”

Canadians once again stepped up for hae day : -) and everyoneโ€™s enthusiasm helped us land top spots in the 2024 Global HAE Activity Challenge.

As of June 5th, out of the 48 participating countries, we ranked:

  • 5th in number of steps (12,959,593 steps total)
